 To make this meat dish is delicious, followed by marinated spices are quite important. 1. Material:
800 grams of pork (I used loin)
3 minced garlic (about 1 Tablespoon)
2 Tablespoons brown sugar (I like to use brown sugar because it has a sweet taste and work to make color again if you do not have white sugar also)
2 Tablespoons honey
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
2 Tablespoons oyster sauce
1 teaspoon five-spice powder
2 Tablespoons white wine (cooking wine) (this makes fragrant, if not like can be ignored)
1 Tablespoon sesame oil (sesame oil)
2 Tablespoons noodles (hoisin sauce)
1 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon cashew oil (or take red food)

2. How to do it:
I think it is much easier but it only takes a few minutes for the meat to spice up the whole house.
I do not have oil to make homemade cashew nuts from red. Heat about 2 -3 Tablespoons cooking oil and then about 1 teaspoon red onion and turn off the stove. After 10 minutes of cooking, open the oven and use the marinated sauce on top of the meat and continue to bake for 5 - 7 minutes. Do this at least 3 times for each piece of meat or until the meat is a very nice layer of marinated sauce and meat skewers without red water.
